House rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to maintain the quality of our furnished apartments in Mulhouse and Basel, the following rules strictly apply:
1. Cleanliness & Care of the Property
- Guests must maintain cleanliness inside the apartment at all times.
- Common areas (hallways, entrances, courtyards, shared spaces) must also be kept clean and respected.
- The apartment must be left clean and in good condition at check-out.
- Furniture, equipment, and appliances must be used properly and respectfully.
2. Respect for Neighbours & Co-Residents
- Quiet hours must be respected, especially during evenings and nights.
- Guests must avoid excessive noise at any time of the day.
- Respect for neighbours and co-residents in the building is mandatory.
3. No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in common areas.
4. No Parties or Events
- Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or any festive events are strictly forbidden. The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed at booking.
5. Legal Compliance
- Guests must strictly comply with all local laws and regulations in force in Mulhouse (France) and Basel (Switzerland).
- Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
6. Damages & Issues
- Any damage, breakage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
7. Visitors
- Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval.
- Guests remain fully responsible for their visitors at all times.
8. Safety
- Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the apartment.
- No hazardous, flammable, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and may give rise to a formal complaint and legal action if necessary. These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests and residents.
